AIMS grant management software is developed by AIMS Software Ltd, an Irish company with decades of experience in the grant management sector. AIMS is delivered by our team of grant management specialists and IT experts, all of whom specialise in grant and programme management. We have been serving government, social, and development sectors for over three decades.

AIMS Software Ltd works closely with organisations on four continents in a wide variety of sectors, from health and research to NGOs and government. We are proud to work with some of the most innovative grantmaking organisations in the world, and we have become the number one choice for progressive public and social organisations to manage their grants and programmes.

“As a grant-maker of many years, I have not found a better ‘off the shelf solution’ for grant-making and would have no hesitation in recommending Quest or AIMS to others.”

Mark Hoult-Allen, independent consultant

AIMS grant management software was created by Quest Computing Ltd in 1994. Quest was founded in 1989 and built its reputation on the design and development of business-critical software systems for public and private sector organisations. As a leading provider of IT solutions, Quest developed the AIMS grants and programme management software solution in response to a need identified by the sector and by our in-house experts.

In 2022, Quest rebranded the AIMS team as a standalone organisation, AIMS Software Ltd.

Over the years, we have gained extensive knowledge from our shared experiences with grant makers, and our product has been enhanced with every learning and experience. AIMS now processes more than 80 million applications and grants to over 1 million individuals and organisations globally. The system manages over 5 billion euro in funding each year.

We are committed to supporting innovative and efficient award-making. Our product continues to grow and evolve with market requirements, as our clients help us to develop our product roadmap. We consistently reinvest a significant proportion of our revenue each year to the ongoing development of AIMS. This is pivotal to our success as market leaders in providing mature enterprise level grants management systems.
