Don co-founded Quest in 1989. Don has directed AIMS grant management software’s continued development and success since the product’s inception in 1991. He oversees the continued expansion of AIMS throughout South East Asia and is passionate about supporting progress in the grant management sector. Don uses his expertise to help organisations realise the full potential of their grants management to inform their business.

Mano Ryan

Mano has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and has spent the last ten years as sales and marketing director of Quest and AIMS Software Ltd. He began his career as a systems engineer and went on to lead the Sales and Delivery operations in Ireland’s largest IT company at the time, Digital Ireland. Having acquired expertise in setting up successful technology startups, Mano joined the founding management team of ChangingWorlds. ChangingWorlds was acquired by Amdocs in 2009 in a transaction worth in excess of $80m. Mano then led the Amdocs Global Digital Services Sales and Marketing Team and was responsible for revenues in excess of $400 million.

He now also serves on the board of a number of emerging Irish software companies. His extensive experience allows him to support AIMS Software Ltd, and our clients, in achieving strategic business growth.

Seodin Byrne

Seodin has over twenty years of experience working on the AIMS product. She joined the AIMS team in 2000, following a period working in Australia after graduating from the National University of Ireland Maynooth. Seodin specifies market requirements by liaising with our clients and stakeholders, designing and managing the AIMS out of the box solution and helping to shape the product roadmap. Seodin is also involved in training clients and serves as a mentor to the AIMS implementation team.

Clive has over 25 years of IT industry experience across automotive, financial services, telecoms, pharmaceutical and public services. After initially spending four years in Japan working in the automotive industry, Clive returned to Ireland to focus on Software Project delivery. Clive has had great success in building, developing and leading high performing teams in the delivery of mission-critical projects. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and a graduate of DIT and Trinity College with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Clive has a passion for working with clients to deliver business value and is considered a trusted advisor to many of AIMS’ key clients.

Steve Buckley

Steve leads AIMS in the EMEA region from our London office. He has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of grant management and grantmaking. He has vast experience of designing programmes and implementing end-to-end business processes, with grantmakers of all size and complexity – from large international grantmakers to smaller charitable foundations. Prior to joining our team in 2013 Steve worked with AIMS for several years as a client and user, with responsibility for the grant, finance and reporting systems of one of the UK’s largest grantmakers. He also has a cultural background, having completed a degree in Literary Studies and master’s degrees in both English Language & Literature and Arts & Cultural Management.

Arnab leads AIMS in the South-East Asia and India region from our Singapore office. Drawing on his previous experience in senior business strategy and management roles at IBM, HP, Nokia Siemens Networks, Arnab has garnered invaluable practical knowledge and is a firm believer in creating sustainable and agile business models. Most recently, Arnab has been working closely with the social, development, and government sectors, helping organisations build efficiency and sustainability in their grants, programmes and operational processes.

John joined the team in 2020 as Senior Project Manager to strengthen and expand the our project delivery capability for the AIMS Grant Management platform. John has worked as a project manager in the delivery of IT and business change projects for the financial services and software industries. Over the last 25 years this work has taken John to the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, UK and Ireland, with clients including postal services, construction, web development agencies, political party back offices and financial services providers.
