Corporate Social Responsibility is at the heart of AIMS Software Ltd’s business, in both the services and the products we provide. It positively impacts our business in several ways:

  • Maintaining and protecting our reputation for reliability
  • Attracting and retaining employees who are committed to our business and our clients
  • Building trusted relationships with clients as partners
  • The AIMS solution is designed specifically to demonstrate full transparency and accountability in grantmaking and grant management.

Employment

Our employee information handbook details all personnel policies and procedures, including:

  • Organisational governance
  • Human rights
  • Good labour practices
  • Fair operating practices

Our individual and corporate performance against all personnel policies and procedures is measured and reported on annually to AIMS senior management.

Our commitment to communities

Community involvement and development

AIMS support a number of charities each year through several initiatives. These include the Dublin Simon Community who work to prevent homelessness in Dublin, and Plan Ireland who with children and their families to provide education, health and livelihood opportunities in developing countries. Our relationship with the charities we support is financial and advisory, and long term. This is led by our Executive Board member and Director, Steve Wilson.

Social value

AIMS provides excellent value for money in grant making, allowing clients to provide value for money to their stakeholders. Our system and training is designed to support charities to give grants effectively.

The reduced administration time provided by our efficient and effective solution offers cost savings, and also permits staff time to be reallocated to better serving the communities targetted by a funding or award system. Our in-depth training will upskill your staff in our system, and also in grant making in general.

AIMS has a strong environmental policy.  Our solution is entirely paper free, supporting our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. This, too, offers a financial impact, further saving money that can be better directed towards your social impact objectives. Our sustainability policy can be found here.

We offer clients the opportunity to select up to three members of their community for an hour long 1:1 zoom session with one of our senior management team to discuss grant management and philanthropy. This is a minimum offer, and if you feel that there is an interest within your community we are very happy to propose a suite of education and support packages.

As a back-end supplier to grant makers, we are committed to ensuring that our system allows you to deliver social impact to your communities in the most effective way. If there are specific actions we can undertake in partnership with you as a client, we are very happy to explore these. Providing value – whether it is financial or social – is at the very core of our organisation, and as such all of our senior management team holds responsibility for delivery.  Get in touch to discuss how we can help you.

Above all, AIMS grant management software will provide fair and transparent access to your funding streams to your potential beneficiaries, ensuring that your organisation can easily distribute funds which benefit your community at all levels.
