AIMS grant management software and ISO 9001:2015

Quest has been successfully re-certified to ISO 9001:2015 standard in September 2021.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide the AIMS products and services. It also requires that we enhance client satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement and the assurance of conformity to meet our client, statutory and regulatory requirements.

The quality management principles required are:

• Leadership
• Customer focus
• Engagement of people
• Relationship management
• Evidence-based decision making
• Process approach and continual improvement

As part of the re-certification process, we have been formally assessed by Certification Europe, an internationally accredited certification body based in Dublin.

“The organisation continue to use the QMS to effectively control processes and to drive  improvements. The Managing Director and the Senior Management Team are fully supportive of the  system and evidence of improvements was apparent to both the management system and the operational controls.

The appointment of a new Process and Security Manager is indicative of the ongoing commitment to the QMS. Continued certification to ISO9001:2015 is recommended.

The organisation has continued to develop a business and strategic plan which cascades through the organisation.

There is a very explicit link from the strategic initiative and process control projects to the aspirations and stated policy and objectives of the QMS.”
