Quest has successfully certified to ISO 9001:2015


January 2017 saw Quest successfully transition the existing Quality Management System to the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard. The change brings:

• greater focus upon actions to address risk and opportunity
• leadership accountability and commitment
• awareness and evidence of the understanding of expectation of interested parties

‘Risk assessment techniques have enhanced the system in line with the principles of the new standard and there is a renewed energy towards the system. The QMS has effectively addressed the requirements of ISO9001:2015. The monitoring and measurement capability introduced to the QMS has introduced an enhanced transparency to the effectiveness to the system.’
